The 2011/2012 Annual Subscriptions are as follows:

Full Membership €320
College Student Membership €200
Mens Veteran Membership TBC
Ladies Veteran Membership TBC
Junior Membership/School Student Membership €130

Subscriptions may be given to your relevant Club Captain or representative at training or matches.

Cheques must be made payable to Avoca Hockey Club and muist have the players name written on the back for reference.

Subs can be paid in instalments, please contact your Club Captain or representative for Bank Account details.

Subs must be paid by October 31st each year or fines will be incurred.

In all instances, please place money/cheque in an envelope and ensure that your name, full address, email and telephone number are noted.
