Apparel & Safety:
All players must have the following to train and play:
Gum Shield
Shin pads
Proper trainers
Appropriate tracksuit (Not Dragging)
This is for their own safety. Also Gum shields and shin guards or no games – take this seriously.
General
In order to keep our records up to date, please fill in the attached form and bring it with you on the 14th September.
If we have not sent a letter to any members you know, please tell them as our record keeping is not up to date.Cheques only.
Fees:
8 years and over €120 for the season

Welcome Back
Dear All,
I hope you all had a great summer. Club hockey returns to us all in the next couple of weeks. We start training on Sunday 20th September 2009 at the times listed below.
We have had a huge amount of new applications from people from people wishing to join. Unfortunately most of these will be disappointed as we have only one pitch and a maximum number of people we can coach effectively.
So, if your were playing last year and want to continue please turn up or send your form in with a friend on the 14th as we want to offer any free places to people on the waiting list as soon as possible.
Also Mark Cullen is taking charge of all the coaching sessions for the coming season. He will be restructuring the training sessions to maximise the effectiveness of these sessions and to improve the girl’s skill base.
