I'm thrilled to announce that Declan Ryan has very kindly agreed to coach the ladies 3rds this coming season (until Christmas at least).

Additionally, Emma Meir and Kate Rushe have also offered their time to help out. Declan will be coaching on Thursday nights, along with attending 3rds games on a Saturday to manage the sideline/team selection. Emma and Kate will coach either in tandem, or on alternative weeks with the 3rds on Tuesdays (and indeed, even some Thursdays where time permits).
 
I'd like to sincerely thank Declan, Kate and Emma for offering their assistance. I've no doubt that the 3rds squad will be relieved to hear the news. This will free up both Peter and George to focus on their respective teams and individual team objectives; along with putting structure on our training schedules and hopefully get the ladies section ticking over like a well-oiled machine!!! :) 

Over the coming weeks, we will be joined to training by some of the Avoca Fillies. It's of huge importance to the future of Avoca Ladies that we begin integration of the young Avoca players to the senior side of the club.
