With the hiring of Loreto we have now extended training to 90 mins for all U16s, U14s and U12s and have that option for U10s. The U16s and U14s have had three extended sessions pre Christmas and all these age groups have extended sessions for rest of season

To cover the addtional pitch and coaching costs we are increasing the sub for this season by €25 for U16 and U14s and by €15 for U12s and U10s (where option is taken)
