Avoca Ladies currently have 6 Ladies squads who currently compete in the Leinster League, Divisions 4, 8, 10, 12, 13 and 14 as well as in various cups and trophies throughout the season, including the Irish Hockey Trophy, the Leinster Cup and the National Indoor Trophy.

Ladies training times for 2012/13 are as follows:

Tuesdays 7.00 - 8.00 Ladies 3rd, 4ths, 5ths & 6ths Half Pitch

               8.00 - 10.00 Ladies 1sts & 2nds Half Pitch for 1st 30 minutes, Full Pitch for                                               remainder

Thursdays 7.00 - 8.00 Ladies 2nds & 3rds Half Pitch

                 7.00 - 8.00 Ladies 4ths, 5ths & 6ths Half Pitch

                 7.30 - 9.00 Ladies 1sts Half Pitch
