Avoca boast 5 ladies squads competing in the Leinster League Divisions 4, 8, 11, 12, and 14, as well as in various National, Leinster and Indoor cups and tournaments throughout the season.

The Ladies training times for the 2011/2012 season are as follows, starting from August 30th onwards:

** Please note that the first Tuesday of each month the training times will swap in order for the Ladies 3rds, 4ths and 5ths to avail of more pitch time and space. **
